If a client presents with issues or challenges that are outside the scope of coaching, such as mental health concerns or symptoms requiring psychotherapy, I will responsibly assess the situation and will assist with determining appropriate next steps. This could include a referral to a licensed mental health professional in the client’s state of residence. Coaching will be paused or concluded as appropriate to ensure the client receives proper clinical care.

This work is time limited and will not be unending. While I cannot say for sure how many appointments we’ll have because everyone’s situation is unique to them, I like to begin with eight appointments. We can add more appointments if needed. If an individual feels like they’ve gotten what they need before the eight appointments, that is fine as well.
